* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 600000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1800000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 600000 ~ 1800000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 05 (Five) Years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System
(b) The Tenderer must have specific experience in pest control works successfully completed within last 05 (five) years in Single Contract, with contract value not less than Taka 4,00,000/-(Four Lakh); years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT 3,00,000/-(Three Lakh), on or after the date of publication of Invitation for Tender (IFT) Notice.
(d) The Tenderer must have Pest control licence from Department of Agricultural Extension, Ministry of Agriculture, Govt of Bangladesh.
