* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 66666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 66666 ~ 200000.
Eligibility criteria:
a. All the tenderer must follow the PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;
(I) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be Three (03) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(II) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least One (01) contract successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk.50000.00 (Fifty Thusend) Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. [The tenderer will submit copy of contract deeds along with exprience certificate in the e-GP system]
(III) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s),net of other contractual commitments is (Form PG2-5) Tk. 55000.00 (Fifty Five Thousend)[Certificate must be issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system.]
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as Supplier;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate along with TIN Certificate;
(VI) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
(VII) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer (if bidder is supplier) [When applicable];
(VIII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);a. All the tenderer must follow the PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 rules & regulation;
