* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 500000 ~ 1500000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be Three (03) years; counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
b) Tenderer must have specific experience as Supplier in supply of Similar Goods (Battery/ other similar goods) with related services of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last Five (05) years, with a value of at least Taka 5,00,000/- (Taka Five Lac) only; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Taka 6,00,000/- (Taka Six Lac) only.

"Interested tenderers are strongly advised to visit the site prior to submission of their proposal. This site visit will allow the tenderer to inspect the existing battery arrangement, compartment dimensions, and any other physical or technical constraints on Pre -Tender Meeting date to ensure proper fitment and safe installation of the new batteries.
The contractor shall be responsible for any mismatch or non-compliance if the batteries supplied are found to be incompatible with the existing system due to failure to assess the actual site conditions."
