Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 666666 ~ 2000000.
Eligibility criteria:
A) Reputed Contractor who have minimum 5 (five) years of general experience in Renovation, Construction & Interior works.
B) Specific Experience: (i) Having experience in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of similar nature of work in Bangladesh of Government organization or Public/ Autonomous University during last 3 (Three) years of Tk. 6.00 lac (Six lac) for Package-APP-Ext.-2/2024-25 in a single work-order and shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of concerned department/organization.
C) Turn over: The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual turn over during last 03 (Three) years Tk 22.00 lac (Twenty two lac) for Package- APP-Ext.-2/2024-25. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system. Turn over must be authenticated by NBR.
D) Liquid assets: The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid Assets) & or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk. 8.00 lac (Eight lac) for Package- APP-Ext.-2/2024-25 only supported by Bank certificate (original copy only). Bank statement will be counted up to 30 (Thirty) days before, from the date of opening tender.
E) Tender capacity: Must have minimum tender capacity of not less than his/her tender price.
F) The tenderer must possess:
(i) Up to date income tax clearance certificate
(ii) Valid Vat Registration certificate
(iii) Up to date trade license
(iv) Bank Solvency Certificate.
G) JVCA is not allowed
