* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer must have at least five (5) years of general experience in supplying goods, works, and related services.
The Bidder must provide a valid Manufacturer Authorization Letter and a certificate ensuring spare parts availability for 1/3/5/7/10 years, as per the requirement.
The Tenderer must possess ISO 9001:2015 certification.
The Tenderer must have completed at least one (1) contract for similar ICT goods/works worth at least BDT 12,00,000 within the last five (5) years for a Government, Semi-Government, autonomous, or private entity. The Tenderer must also have a minimum of BDT 16,00,000 in liquid assets or credit facilities.
The solution must include SMS integration for OTPs, notifications, and customer engagement, with global coverage and compliance with relevant national and international SMS regulations.
The Tenderer must provide complete IP telephony services, including applications supporting voice, video, and messaging (similar to WhatsApp).
All communications—voice, SMS, and application data—must be encrypted using TLS for data in transit and AES for data at rest.
The Tenderer must submit: (i) updated Income Tax Clearance Certificate, (ii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate, (iii) Updated Trade License, and (iv) BTRC-issued IPTSP License.
The Bidder must submit detailed technical specifications as outlined in Document Section No. 8 (Particular Specification).
The IP telephony service contract will be finalized upon successful completion of the hardware installation phase.
