Eligibility criteria:
a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of five (05) years of general experience in electro-mechanical works.
b) The Tenderer shall have successfully completed at least one (01) contract of a similar nature within the last five (05) years as a Prime Contractor. The contract value shall be at least BDT 3.00 Lac, and the work shall have been executed for any Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Body in Bangladesh. (Years will be counted backward from the date of IFT publication in the e-GP System.)
The relevant work completion certificate shall be submitted as follows:
i) For works executed under PWD, the certifying authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii) For other Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organizations, the certificate shall be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and verified by the PWD Executive Engineer of the district where the work was executed.
c) The Tenderer’s average annual construction turnover shall exceed BDT 4.00 Lac over the last five (05) years.
d) The Tenderer shall possess a minimum of BDT 3.80 Lac in liquid assets, working capital, or credit facilities.
e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be BDT 3.20 Lac.
f) The Tenderer shall possess the following up-to-date and valid documents:
ABC category contractor and Electrical Supervisory License from the Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board, Income Tax Clearance Certificate with TIN, BIN Registration Certificate, and Trade License.
g) Other documents supporting technical specifications and compliance shall be submitted as per the e-TD.
