Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1666666 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
b. The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :
(i) Valid Trade License
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate
(iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate
(iv) Copy of NID card
c. The Tender security must be enclosed in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft duly pledged in favor of the Registrar, Patuakhali Science & Technology University (PSTU), Dumki, Patuakhali, from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
d. Copy of Work Completion Certificate must be attached for work experiance.
e.Tenderer must have a completion certificate of successful complition of at least one package for suppling of Electrical and Electronic goods of value tk. 15.00 lakhs in Government organization/ Autonomous body as Importer/ Distributer/ Supplier at last 05 (Five) Years.
g. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.20.00 Lakhs
h. If the Tenderer does not Manufacture or Produce the goods it offer to supply, must submit Manufacture's Authorization Letter (Form e-PG3-5).
