Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2333333 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer must be registered in e-GP system through CPTU, IMED.
2. Up to date Trade License
3. Up to date Income Tax Certificate.
4. Valid Value Added Tax (VAT) Certificate.
5. Valid Enlistment/Registered Certificate with category ‘A’ or above for the Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishment (DIFE), Ministry of Labor and Employment.
6. Tenderer has to submit list of personnel for each post, CV of all personnel, filled up excel sheet regarding the information of outsourcing personnel given in Appendix-D and experience certificate.
7. Other conditions as specified in TDs.
Note: The Procurement of Non-Consulting Services (PSN) document will be applicable for this Procurement which has been uploaded in section-7. This tender will be evaluated according to the rules & guidelines of ITT, TDS, GCC, PCC, activity schedule, and various forms etc. (that contains qualification criteria, evaluation criteria, sub-criteria, the point/mark against various sub-criteria and other related conditions) of the PSN document. The relevant PSN document of this tender/work contains several sections such as ITT, TDS, GCC, PCC, various PSN forms, activity schedule, and various appendixes etc. which are uploaded in section-7 .
