The minimum number of years of general experience in the supply of Goods and related services as a reputed Supplier shall be 5 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 1 (One) contract with a value of at least BDT 24.00 (Twenty-Four) Lacs only successfully completed in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 3 (Three) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal. [70%-100%]
The minimum amount of liquid assets from any Scheduled Bank of Bangladesh of the tenderer shall be BDT 26.00 (Twenty-Six) Lacs only in any of following formats. [80%-100%]
In case of line of credit, it must be submitted at per prescribed format (Form PG3-8).
In case of credit facilities, it must be sanctioned and sufficient amount must be unspent.
In case of bank statement, it must be taken for at least 6 months previous period from the date of issuance having sufficient balance.
In all cases of certificates, it must be collected from the Scheduled Bank after publication of IFT with properly signed by the authorized person of the bank.
The Tenderer shall submit updated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and other necessary documents.
