* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 220000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 73333333 ~ 220000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(1) As per ITT & TDS.
(2)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5(Five) years.

(3)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least One contract of similar nature (Building Construction and Pile Driving Works), complexity and methods/construction technology in any government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last 05(Five) years, each with a value of at least BDT. 650.00 Lakh.
[Copy of work Order & completion Certificate must be submitted in support of fulfilling the requirement.]
(4)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT. 900.00 lakh over best three (3) years in the last five (5) years, counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(b)The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT. 170.00 lakh.
[Copy of all relevant Documents(in Prescribed Forms wherever necessary) must be submitted in support of fulfilling the requirement.]
(5) All the contractors of Education Engineering Department who still have not started their work even after accepting work order without any proper reason or those who have not shown any satisfactory progress in their work without any proper reason would be considered as non-responsive.
(6) Those contractors who conceal any information of the running work of EED would be considered as non-responsive
