Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
The tenderer must have follwing documents qualification:
01. A satisfactory completion of similar works [Installation of minimum 01 No 1000kg Passenger/Bed/Cargo Lift ] of at least Tk 30.00 lakh under 01(one) contract over a period of time of last 05(Five) years [ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] under any Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous Bodies/ organization shall be required. The Certifying authority must be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
02. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 40.00 lakh over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.
03. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 30.00 lakh
04. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: 31.00 lakh
