Brief Description of Package: Repair and renovation of damaged sanitary fittings fixtures and pipelines of the 250 bed general hospital building in Manikganj. Financial year 2024-2025.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 500000 ~ 1500000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum five (5) years of general experience in construction works.
b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of Civil works of Tk.4.00 (Four) lakh in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years. In case of the work done other than PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer, PWD, of that division.
c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 10.00 (Ten) lakh Only Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector to be submitted along with tender for calculation of average annual construction turnover.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 5.50(Five point five) lakh in the prescribed form (PW2a-3). The cash credit Amount must be un-Consumed/unutilized.
e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 4.50 (Four point five) lakh. To calculate minimum tender capacity the tenderer must submit list of contract agreement, up to date payment certificates for on-going and completed contract under any public sectors for the year in which maximum value of works performed within 5 years.
f) The tenderer must possess Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, Valid VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date trade license.
g) In the line of guidelines of BPPA circular no. 156 date 11.10.2018 of IMED, the work done bill must be submitted along with pre-work & post work videos and still image of the project site. Also compulsory displayed during the the inspection by the superior Authority.
