* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 143333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 430000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
a) Experience of minimum 05 (Five) years in the electro-mechanical works. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in eGP System.
b) Specific experience of successful tenderer of one or two contract of supply, installation, testing & commissioning of chiller-based HVAC System with/without VRF System having minimum value of 1200.00 (Twelve Hundred) Lac Taka in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous bodies/Private Organizations within last 05 (Five) years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT). In case of other than PWD experience, the bidder must submit the vetted certificate by the concerned local PWD Executive Engineer whose jurisdiction covers the area of work. Otherwise, the certificate will not be accepted and counted as non-responsive.
c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk.1300.00 (Thirteen Hundred) lac only. Letter of commitment for Banks Undertaking for line of credit should be in the format as specified in the standard tender documents (form PG3-8) without any alteration. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
d) Up to date valid Trade license.
e) Up to date ABC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
f) Up to date Income tax clearance certificate from NBR with TIN.
g) Up to date VAT Registration certificate from NBR.
h) Authorization letter/ Sole agent Certificate from manufacturer for Chiller, AHU, FCU and VRF type Air cooler individually must be submitted.
i) Both Chiller, AHU & FCU should supply from the Same manufacturer.
j) Catalogue & Technical specifications of proposed Brand.
k) Others qualification stated in TDS & PCC and in section 6.
