Eligibility criteria:
1. All Tenderers having up-to-date trade licenses, VAT registration certificates, Income Tax payment certificates (with TIN) and other documents as per TDS may submit tenders providing their tender.
2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 6,00,000.00 (Six Lakh Only) under 01 (One) contract over a period of 05 (five) years shall be required.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 35,00,000.00 (Thirty Five Lakh Only) over the last 03 (Three) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 7,00,000.00 (Seven Lakh Only).
