Eligibility criteria:

3. Valid VAT & TIN Certificate.
4. Submit Valid documents in reply of any other terms and conditions mentioned in TDS & PCC of this tender.
5. The Provisions laid down in the "PPA – 2006 & PPR – 2008 including latest all amendment" and STD will be followed.
6. If rate quote found excessive less or above than the estimated price in this regard decision of the TEC committee will be considered.
