Eligibility criteria:
1. Valid Trade License (up to date).
2. Valid Tax clearance certificate (up to date).
3. Valid VAT & TIN Certificate.
4. Up To Date ABC/BC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
5. The Tenderer must have a minimum of 05 (Five) Years of General Experience in supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Lift of any Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh. ( Copy of the completion certificate and work order must be submitted) [ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
6. Submit Valid documents in reply of any other terms and conditions mentioned in TDS & PCC of this tender.
7. The Provisions laid down in the "PPA – 2006 & PPR – 2008 including latest all amendment" and STD will be followed.
8. If rate quote found excessive less or above than the estimated price in this regard decision of the TEC committee will be considered.
9. Other Criteria are stated in TDS & PCC.
