3. The minimum amount of liquid assets of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1,50,000/-(One Lac Fifty Thousand) .
4. Tenderer must have valid trade license,13 digit VAT registration number, updated trade license andlatest tax certificate/return submission proof.
