Eligibility criteria:
1.Dealership/Distributorship/Agency Certificate
2.Manufacturers Authorization Letter from OEM (only OEM Authorization should be accepted, no local authorization is accepted)
3. The successful bidder shall provide a delivery challan from an authorized distributor at the time of delivery of goods
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum of 05 years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services and shall have a minimum of 03 years of specific experience in the supply of same goods and related services.
5. The minimum supply value of same goods under a single contract in the last 03(three) years to any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Body/Commercial Bank/Multinational company should be minimum for Tk. 3 (Three) Lac.
6. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility should be for Tk.2 (Two) Lac.
7. Should have the following documents : VAT Registration Certificate, Updated Income TAX Certificate, Valid Trade License, Bank Solvency Certificate, Experience Certificate, and all other qualification will be applicable as specified in TDS.
