Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 700000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2100000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 700000 ~ 2100000.

Eligibility criteria:
i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Contractor shall be 5 (five) years.
ii) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in construction works of at least 1(one) contract of similar nature building construction work successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk 5.00 lakh.
iii) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 36.00 lakh in the last 5 (Five) years.
iv) The minimum amount of liquid asseti.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 10.00 lakh.
v) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk 7.00 lakh only
vi) Tenderers shall submit with its tender the following additional documents:
a) Updated income tax clearance certificate.
b) Valid VAT registration certificate.
c) Updated Trade license.
d) Up-to-date enlistment of PWD.
