Eligibility criteria:
Al tenderers in Bangladesh registered in National e-GP system, who fulfil the qualification criteria as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the tender document.
The folowing conditions shal be considered:
1. As per consent of CPTU, the tenderers shal be evaluated in the e-GP System.
2. Qualification information and evidences (such as work experience certificates, on-going works list, payment certificates for construction turnover, equipment list (own or rented), personnel list etc.) of the tenderers as mapped in the e-GP tenders
3. Certificate from Survey of Bangladesh (SoB) to perform topographic Survey work has to be submitted.
4. Only Bangladeshi Nationality Tenderers are eligible for this Tender.
5. Tender Shal be evaluated based on the documents uploaded by tenderer in e-GP System.
N.B.: 1. The tenderer shal maintain highest ethics in providing information regarding Past Performance Evaluation and Rating Matrix for different m aspects.
6. If corrupt, fraudulent, colusive, coercive or obstruction practices of any kind is determined against any tenderer, then measures shal be taken as per ITT clause 4 of Standard Tender Document.
