Eligibility criteria:
 Tenderer must have to submit updated Trade License, VAT registration certificate, NID, authorization certificate, TIN and Income Tax payment certificate along with tax paid receipt.
Tenderer should have minimum amount of 5 Lakh liquid assets.
The Tenderer must submit satisfactory completion certificate(s) / purchase order(s) / contract agreement(s) of institutional and retail supplies with quantity, price and name of purchasers of similar goods within last 5 (five) years.
Tenderer must submit minimum 03 (Three) months warranty certificate of offered items.
The Tenderer/ Bidder shall mention the Brand, Model, Country of manufacture of the supplied items.
Tenderers must submit required documents from manufacturer / importer of supplied items mentioning manufacturer's name, new and genuineness of the supplied items.
The Authority reserves the right to cancel or modify this tender at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever.
