Eligibility criteria:
All tenderers, regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer, may submit the prescribed tender providing their valid trade license, valid VAT registration certificate, up-to-date income tax payment certificate (with TIN), and bank solvency certificate by fulfilling the following criteria:
The tenderer should have a minimum of 5 (five) years (counting backward from the publication date of the IFT in the e-GP system) of general experience in any works.
The tenderer should have specific experience of similar electrical repair and maintenance works in the last 3 (three) years (counting backward from the publication date of IFT in the e-GP system).
The tenderer should have up-to-date ABC Electrical Contractor License & Electrical Supervisory License from the Bangladesh Electricity Licensing Board.
The tenderer should fulfill the other criteria as per TDS & PCC.
