Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2166666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be five (5) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Goods to any government organization of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last two (2) years, with a value of at least Tk. 19,00,000/- (Nineteen Lac).
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 20,00,000/- (Twenty Lac).

Bank balance: Provide a recent bank statement (issued within 28 days before the tender deadline) showing the required amount was maintained for at least 2 consecutive days.
4. The tenderer must own a publication and provide all supporting documents as proof.
