* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 7500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 22500000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:

All Bangladeshi national tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer may submit Tenders provided that they are qualified as per Qualification Criteria Specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document. The following instruction to be followed by all tenderers.
1. The Tenders will be evaluated as per submitted documents in the e-GP system, Conditions of STD as per PPR-2008, Rules 98 & others relevant rules of PPR-2008.
2. Only necessary documents to qualify for eligibility criteria to be submitted. Submission of unnecessary additional documents are strictly discouraged.
3. If any information/document submitted by tenderers proved false at any stage of evaluation process, the tenderers will be considered as Non-Responsive.
4. Any Non-submission or partial submission or hiding of ongoing work under all PE organizations or any other information that affect the tender evaluation process will be considered as non-eligibility of the tenderer.
5. The tenderers will have to submit year wise payment list as per attachment of Table-A of ITT Clause 16.1(a) in TDS for calculating total construction Turnover.
6. The tenderers will have to submit list of ongoing works of RHD/other organization as per Table-B of ITT Clause 16.1 (d) in TDS.
7. tenderer will have to submit the calculated tender capacity along with Supporting documents as per ITT Clause 16.1(d) in TDS.
8. The tenderer shall maintain highest ethics in providing information regarding past performance Evaluation and rating matrix for different aspects.
9. If the total quoted price is more than 5% (Five percent) less or above than the APP Estimate, the tenderer shall submit item wise Analysis of Rates in support of his quoted rate.
