Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3066666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 9200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3066666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Construction Works shall be 5 (Five) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience in construction work of at least 01(One) contract of the same nature and complexity of work (RCC Road) successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, with a value of at least Tk 20,50,000 (Tk Twenty Lakh and FiftyThousand).years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 26,50,000 (Tk Twenty Six Two Lakh and Fifty Thousand ).Payment Certificates for Construction Works in Progress or Completed under Public Sector during last 5 (Five) years must be submitted along with tender; Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 18,50,000 (Tk Eighteen Lakh and Fifty Thousand). In case of Line of Credit, certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed Form of BPPA from any scheduled bank.
(e) Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall be Tk 27,50,000 (Tk Twenty Seven Lakh and Fifty Thousand).
(f) The Tenderer must have to enclose up to date Trade License, Income Tax certificate & Valid VAT documents.
(g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are given in TDS, GCC & PCC.
