Eligibility of Tenderer:
(a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of experience in supplying Similar Goods and related services in Public/Private Universities/Offices with completion Certificate of Supply.
(b) The Tenderer shall submit all legal documents such as Valid Trade License, up to date Income Tax Certificate, VAT Registration & up to date payment Certificate.
(c) The tenderer shall submit the Financial Solvency Certificate with mentioning amount from a scheduled Bank as per TDS.
(d) Tenderer must fulfill the qualification criteria stipulated in the TDS and other conditions of Tender Document (GCC &PCC).
(e)Tenderer must fulfill the delivery schedule (with warranty period) of the time frame given in STD.
