* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 22000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 7333333 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a. The Tenderer/ Manufacturer shall have a minimum of 3 (Three) years of General Experience in the supply of goods & related service.
b. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Chemicals) of at least 1 (One) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 3 (Three) years, each with value of at least Tk. 65,00,000/- (Sixty-Five Lakh Taka)
c. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 65,00,000/- (Sixty-Five Lakh Taka) that must be issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT Notice in the e-GP Website.
d. The Tenderer should have valid and updated Trade License, Valid VAT Certificate,Valid TIN Certificate, should be financially solvent (as per TDS), Income Tax payee, should submit Manufacturer Authorization Letter, should have the legal capacity to enter into the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to EGCB Procurement Policy 2015 and Rule of Public Procurement Act 2006 and the Public Procurement Rules, 2008.

(1) Years counting backward from the date of Publication of IFT in e-GP web portal.
(2) Successful tenderer shall have to sign a Framework Contract for a period of One (01) year from the Date of "Contract Signing"
