The bidder must have the necessary technical persons from its own payroll.
All active products' (Amplifier, microphone and speaker) serial numbers must be verified by company website portal or manufacturer.
The bidder must provide 5-years service and support.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitment is Tk. 1,00,00,000.00 [One crore].
