Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 15000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be at least Three (03) years; counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.

2. Tenderer must have specific experience of a satisfactory completion of similar works (IT related Goods Supply/Works/Service Execution) of at least Taka 50,00,000/- (Taka Fifty Lac) under a single of contract over a period of Last Five (05) years i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper shall be required.

3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 11,00,000/- (Taka Eleven Lac) only.

4. Tenderer shall have to submit Authorized Partnership Certificate from the respective Original Cloud Service Provider; or Authorization Letter for this tender from Original Cloud Service Provider.

5. VAT & AIT shall be deducted from the contractor’s submitted invoice as per Govt. prevailing rules and regulations. If the rate of VAT and AIT is changed by Government of Bangladesh, Contract Price will be adjusted keeping the net amount of Item Cost unchanged.
