Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. All tenderer registered in e-gp portal system are eligible.
2. Payment will be made upon availability of fund. For this, no claim will be entertained.
3. The tenderer MUST submit the Line of Credit from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in the specified format.
4) It is the duty of the tenderer to submit all the documents freshly (Without Corrupted). If any documents get corrupted and the evaluation team could not be able to open the file, no claim from the tenderer regarding the file will be entertained.
5) VAT & IT from bill will be as per prevailing Government Rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
6) Evaluation will be done following the latest Gazette/Circular from CPTU.
7) If any type of Structures/Obstacles is needed to dismantle to execute the work as per Design and Specification, the bidder will do this at his own cost and arrangement. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
8) The tenderer must submit his documents following the latest instructions and formats of CPTU.
9) If BWDB Owned land is not sufficient to execute the work as per design and Specification, The bidder will do this at his own cost and arrangement.
10) It is mandatory for the tenderer to submit video and still photographs of the said work in pre-work condition and post work condition.
11) PE reserve the right to cancel/modify the tender any time.
12)The tenderer will visit and examine the site with his own responsibility and expenses and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the tender and entering into a contract contract for performance of the works.
13) Tenderer should submit ongoing work information in BWDB prescribed format attached in section 8 of TDS
