Eligibility criteria:
(a) Valid trade license, VAT registration (BIN), and up-to-date Tax certificate (TIN).
(b) Bank solvency certificate (Minimum 10,00,000/-).
(c) The Calibration Service Provider should have minimum specific experience of Calibration work of similar instruments of [10,00,000] under maximum [03] contracts in the last [03] years from the opening date of this tender.
(d) The Calibration Service Provider must have a permanent laboratory that is accredited Nationally (from BAB) or internationally.
(e) Master equipment for electrical measurement accuracy should be minimum +/- 3 ppm & measurement resolution (d=0.000 001) minimum 6 (Six) digits or higher.
(f) Master equipment for insulation resistance measurement range should be 01 Tera Ohm or higher.
(g) The Calibration Service Provider should have the accredited parameter, measurement capability & sourcing capability (Evaluation based on published accreditation certificate by the accreditation body) as specified in TDS.
