Tender Document Price: Tk. 2000; Tender Security: 225000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 7500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 22500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 7500000 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) The Tenderer must be registered in the e-GP portal through CPTU along with a valid and updated Trade License, VAT registration and TIN certificate.
b) Quoted amount of tenderer beyond 10% above/less than official estimated cost will be non-responsive.
c) It is the duty of the contractor to submit all the documents freshly (without corruption). If any documents get corrupted and the evaluation committee is not able to open the file, no claim from the tenderer will be entertained regarding the file.
d) VAT & IT will be deducted as per the prevailing government rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
e) Tender evaluation will be done following the latest gazette /circular from CPTU.
f) A detailed list of work in hand /ongoing works duly signed by the tenderer must be submitted.
g) If any kind of obstacles/structures are needed to dismantle to execute the work as per design and specification the tenderer will do this at his/her own arrangement and cost. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
h) If BWDB-owned/acquired land is insufficient to execute the work as per design and specification the tenderer will do this at his/her own arrangement and cost.
i) BWDB's Task Force must check the quantity and quality of work.
j) Photo and video must have to be taken by the contractor at a different angle during pre-work and post-work measurement and submitted to the PE. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard. and
k) All other criteria stated in the tender document.
l) NoA will be issued subject to the approval of proper authority of BWDB and also Budget Provision.
