* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1700000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 566666 ~ 1700000.

Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
1. Up To Date Trade license.
2. Up to date income tax certificate (TIN).
3. VAT registration certificate.
4. Photocopy of national ID
5. All items shall be considered as a lot.
6. Original product should be supplied from the authorized dealer/Manufacture company.
7. Manufacturer or Distributor or Representative of Manufacturer or Distributor is entitled to participate in the tender.
8. If the Bidder is a Distributor or Representative of Manufacturer the letter of authorization will have to be submitted along with Tender. Otherwise, the Tender will be considered as non-responsive.
9. During delivery, the successful Bidder/Supplier will have to submit challan of Manufacturer/Distributor, Otherwise, the supplied goods will not be accepted.
10. The manufacturing date of the supplied goods will be within, 2024 to 2025.
11. The Bidder must mention country of origin, Brand and full specification of proposed goods.
12. The coated price will be treated including vat, tax and transportation cost.
