related to washing, cleaning and fumigation of road related vehicles or rail related vehicles or marine related vehicles or Air crafts or bio-toilets or any others cleaning works).
6. NID Certificate;
7. Submission of uptodate Pest Control certificate issued by Ministry of Agriculcure (Issued Pest Control
Certificate should be directly in favour of tenderer, in case of none an up to date agreement should be submitted between tenderer and with such company/organization which have up to date pest control certificate from Ministry of Agriculture).
8. Other Necessary supporting documents submitted with the tender. (If necessary)
