Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 250000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 750000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 250000 ~ 750000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Minimum 3 years of general experience in Construction works.
b) Tenderer must possess Up to date income tax clearance certificate, Valid VAT registration certificate, Up to date trade license,Up to date Special Class/ Class one (Combined) license.
c) Minimum average annual Construction Turnover of Tk. 11.00 (Eleven) lac Only during last 5 Years.Payment certificates, contract agreements of payment certificates and work completion certificates received from Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies of Bangladesh must be submitted for calculation of construction turnover.
d). Minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital of the Tenderer shall be Tk 3.00 (Three) lac only. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Prescribed form for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per form PW2-a of tender and contact forms.
e)Minimum specific experience in a single contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology completed successfully, each with an amount of at least Tk 3.0 (Three) Lac only in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies of Bangladesh during the last 5 years..
f) All Payment/Experience Certificates must be submitted in specified format instructed by Bangladesh Government that is issue date, issue Number/code Certifier's name, address , contact number, email ID must be mentioned in all certificates. In case of work done under Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies/Organizations of Bangladesh other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Enginee
