* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 14000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 14000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
(1) Must submit product's Source and origin certificate,dealer/distributor/re-Seller certificate.
(2) Declaration about authentic/original product.
(3) Certificate of experience in procuring computer & computer exessories and related components worth at least 50% of the total price quoted by the bidder against a single work order in BREB/PBS/Government/Semi-Government Organizations.
(4) Certified copy of updated trade license,VAT/Turnover Registration Certificate & income tax certificate.
(5) Copy of the letter from the Computer Society regarding membership of Bangladesh Computer Society (membership number must be mentioned).
(6) Certificate of satisfactory experience in supplying and configuring computers/computer accessories in a reputable organization. The documents provided by the organization can be verified on-site by the representative of the PBS/BREB before issuing the work order. It should be noted that to verify the accuracy of the certificate, the work order and the certificate of performance of the work order must be present.
(7) Address of the service center for providing after-sales service and CVs and photos of the persons (minimum 02) employed for this purpose (permanent manpower). Note that representatives of the PBS/BREB can also visit the office and service center of the organization before placing the work order)
(8) Brochures with a description of the Technical Specification of the Component must be submitted along with the submitted Specification.
(9) Must submit tenderer/manufacturer warranty certificate as per item requirements.
(10) Authority keeps right of checking product's sample before tender evaluation for product's authenticity
