* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1600000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4800000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1600000 ~ 4800000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Construction Works shall be 3(Three) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience in construction work of at least 01(One) contract of the same nature and complexity (Bounday wall) of work successfully completed within the last 03(Three) years in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, with a value of at least Tk 13,20,000 (Tk Thirteen Lakh and Twenty Thousand).
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 19,00,000 (Tk Nineteen Lakh ) over the best 3 years in the last 5 (Five) years.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 12,00,000 (Tk Twelve Lakh).
(e) Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall be Tk 18,00,000 (Tk Eighteen Lakh).
(f) The Tenderer must have to enclose up to date Trade License, Income Tax certificate & Valid VAT documents.
(g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are given in TDS, GCC & PCC.
