Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer must have Update E-Trade License
2. Tenderer must have E-TIN Certificate with update tax payee certificate
3. Tenderer must have Update BIN Certificate
4. Tenderer must have Manufacturer Plant Certificate
5. Tenderer must have update Electrical Contractor License (ABC Category)
6. Tenderer must have ISO Certificate of 14001:2015, 9001:2015 & 45001:2018 standard
7. Tenderer must have Update Fire License
8. Tenderer must have 07-year general experience as Furniture Manufacturer.
9. Tenderer must be Member of Bangladesh Furniture Industries Owners Association or Empowered by Owners to any agents or Person
10. Tenderer must have FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) Certificate
11. Tenderer must have Wood Seasoning Treatment Certificate & Lacquer Certificate
12. Tenderer must have Powder Coating & Heat Paint Plant
13. Factory visit and sample approval (Before issue NOA)
14. Tenderer must have Update Fire Insurance Certificate
15. Tenderer must have 30 showroom/sales center in over the country.
16. A minimum one successful completion similar experience of Supply and Installation of Furniture in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Organization of minimum TK. 50,00,000/- (Fifty Lakh) under single contract in the last 5 (Five) years.
17. Tenderer should submit their credit line facility / Liquid assets certificate according to PPR format. Without credit line facility /Liquid assets certificate according to PPR format tender declare as non-responsive. Amount of liquid asset is TK.25, 00,000.00 (Twenty Five Lakh Taka).
18. All BD/BG/Pay Order must be in favor of Jashore University of Science & Technology, Jashore.
