Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 25000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 8333333 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Specific experience of Similar work in a single contract of minimum value of Tk.70.00 Lac complete within last 5 years.
b) Tender Capacity Tk.80.00 Lac only.
c) Minimum Average annual construction Turnover of Tk 350.00 Lac for the last 5 years.
d) Minimum Liquid asset of Taka 50.00 Lac Only.
2. If any tenderer Quoted his rate 10% less or above than the official estimate then the tender shall be non-responsive.
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
1. As per Consent of CPTU, the Ternders shall be evaluated in the e-GP system.
2. Qualification information and evidences {such as work experience certificates, on-going works list, payment certificates for construction turnover, equipment list (own or rented), personnel list etc.} of the Tenderers as mapped in the e-GP.
3.The information provided in the e-GP system shall prevail.
And all other criteria stated in the TDS.
