Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1333333 ~ 4000000.
Eligibility criteria:
A) The reputed tenderer shall have minimum 5 years of general experience in building construction and repair works.
B) Satisfactory completion of similar nature of work worth not less than Tk. 8.00 (Eight) Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies of Bangladesh during last 5 years.
C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 years amounting of Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) Lakh.
(D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital/credit line of the tenderer shall be Tk. 7.00 (Seven ) Lakh in standard tender document format from scheduled bank of Bangldesh.
D) Up-to date Trade License, up to date ABC License, up to date Supervisory License, up-to date Income Tax Clearance and up-to date VAT Registration Certificate .
