Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 10000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 30000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 10000000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
i)Tenderer must have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience in construction works. ii) Having Specific Experience in Successful completion of at least one (01) Number of Similar works of Sinking of Deep tube well including distribution line of Tk 85 Lac in a single (01) contract during last five (05) years. The work Certificate for successful Completion of work shall have to be issued by the authority concerned/Executive Engineer of concerned department duly verified by the Executive Engineer of PWD under whose Jurisdiction the work has been completed.iii)The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual Construction turn over during last five (05) years Tk 100 Lac, Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender. iv) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk 50 Lac.Credit Commitment issued by any scheduled bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW2a-3) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will result the tender non-responsive. v) The tender security shall in the form of a Bank draft or Pay order or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.vi) If any tenders total amount of quoted rate is more than 10% less/above than the official cost estimate, that tender will be non-responsive.vii) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk 90 Lac. viii) Tenderer must follow all other tender criteria as per IFT, ITT, TDS, GCC and PCC clauses & submit related documents. x) Tenderer are advised to visit and examine the site and its surrounding in presence of PE or PE’s nominated representatives prior to preparing the tender and must be submitted site visit report with the tender documents.
