Eligibility criteria:
i)Tenderer must have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in Supply and Installation of Electro-mechanical works. ii) Having Specific Experience in Successful completion of at least one (01) Number of Similar works of Supply and Installation of Force Ventillation works of Tk 75 Lac in a single (01) contract during last five (05) years. The work Certificate for successful Completion of work shall have to be issued by the authority concerned/Executive Engineer of concerned department duly verified by the Executive Engineer of PWD under whose Jurisdiction the work has been completed.iii)The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual Construction turn over during last five (05) years Tk 90 Lac, Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender. iv) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk 40 Lac.Credit Commitment issued by any scheduled bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW2a-3) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will result the tender non-responsive. v) The tender security shall in the form of a Bank draft or Pay order or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.vi) If any tenders total amount of quoted rate is more than 10% less/above than the official cost estimate, that tender will be non-responsive.vii) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk 80 Lac. viii) Tenderer must have up to date ABC category contractory and supervisory license from Electric licensing board. ix)Tenderer must follow all other tender criteria as per IFT, ITT, TDS, GCC and PCC clauses & submit related documents. x) Tenderer are advised to visit and examine the site and its surrounding in presence of PE or PE’s nominated representatives prior to preparing the tender and must be submitted site visit report with the tender documents.
