Eligibility criteria:
This Tender is open to all eligible tenderers meeting the following criteria:
(a) General Experience: Reputed contractors/Bona fide firms with a minimum of 8 years of general experience.
(b) Specific Experience: Completion of similar works worth at least Tk. 280 lac in a single Government/Semi-Government tender within the last 5 years. The work completion certificate must be issued by: (i) PWD: Concerned Executive Engineer. (ii) Other Govt./Semi-Govt.: An officer not below Executive Engineer, verified by the PWD Executive Engineer of the respective district/area.
(c) Liquid Assets: Minimum Tk. 270 lac (PW2a-3 form, issued within 28 days before tender submission deadline). Bank Solvency Certificate/Statement is not accepted.
(d) Updated Trade License, NBR Income Tax Clearance Certificate, and VAT Registration Certificate are needed to be upload.
(e) Electrical License: Valid ABC Category Electric Contractor & Supervisory License from the Electric Licensing Board are needed to be attached with the tender.
(f) Additional Requirements: As per Tender Documents & Tender Data Sheet (TDS). Necessary supporting documents must be submitted.
(g) Ownership Documents: Copy of proprietorship/partnership deed, memorandum of association, or certificate of incorporation.
(h) Manufacturer’s Authorization: Required for participation.
(i) Goods Origin: Manufacturer’s country must be the same as the country of origin. Original catalogue/brochure must be submitted.
(j) Quality Standards: Equipment must comply with ISO or equivalent quality assurance standards.
(k) Financial Reports: Profit & loss statements and audited balance sheets for the last 3 years.
(l) Debarment: Firms debarred by any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body are ineligible
