Eligibility criteria:

(1) A satisfactory completion of similar work (Bullah Palisiding, Earth work & Geo-bag filling) for an amount of minimum Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) Lakh under a single of contract over a period of 5 (five) years shall be required. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Website
(2) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than TK 2.00 Crore (Two Crore BDT) over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP portal ( see details in Tender Documents)
(3) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities and bank statement of the Tenderer shall be Tk 44.00 (Forty Four) Lakh before tender closing date.
(4) The minimum capacity shall be: Tk 37.00 (Thirty Seven) Lakh
(5) In liquid Asset Certificate & submitted update authorized letter must mentioned this tender ID and the name of work.
(6) If any tenderer's quoted amount (Grand Total) which is deviated more than 5% of the estimated cost showed in APP, then he/she must submit the rate analysis of all items.
(7) Documents regarding annual construction turnover must be submitted in the form of year-wise payment certificate from the respective PEs or from the income Tax office .
