04. Tenderers must upload rate analysis in support of their quoted rates, if the total quoted price is more than 5.00% above/less of the engineers estimate. Tenderers Quoted Rate Content Must Need to Relates Present Market Price Rate.
05. Latest amendment of PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 shall be followed in tender evaluation.
