Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 500000 ~ 1500000.

Eligibility criteria:
1.The supplier must have trade licence and BIN Certificate.
2.The tenderer shall have general working experience of at least 3 (Three) years.
3.The Tenderer shall have at least 1(one) number of work completion valued Tk. 6.00 (six) lac in last 5(Five) years in Govt. organization or Govt. owned company or authorised dealer/supplier experienced  with any govt/non govt organization.  
4.The average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk 10 (Ten) lac in the best 2 (two) years over the last 5 (Five) years.
5.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 7 (seven) lac.
6.The suuply shall have to be completed by 15 (Fifteen) days after agreement.
7.The quality of Air Conditioner will be tested/verified before delivery. Only quality item will be accepted.
