Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4483333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 13450000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4483333 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
The tenderer must have a Valid and up to dated Trade license, TIN Certificate, VAT registration, IRC and Income Tax Certificate.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. solid Bank Solvency/ Bank Statement/ line of credit, net of other contractual commitments is BDT 40 (Forty) lakh.
The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Instruments and Control Goods of minimum BDT 42 (Forty-two) lakh under maximum 2 (two) number contracts in the last 5 (Five) of years, each with a value of at least BDT 17.5 (Seventeen point five) lakh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Where at least BDT 30 (thirty) lakh on PE organization.
The Tenderer must submit a 1(one) year warranty certificate for the items.
A Country of Origin Certificate issued by the Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with either the Airway Bill or Bill of Lading, is required at the time of goods delivery. These documents may be authenticated, any instance of fraudulent or falsified documentation will result in the contract's termination along with the encashment of the Performance Guarantee (PG).
Proper documentation (Catalogue, O&M Manual) should be supplied, which will be verified during evaluation. Inappropriate documentation will cause the tender to be rejected.
The Tenderer must submit 1 (one) year free maintenance contract. If any problem occurs in the supplied goods within 1 year from the date of supply, the tenderer must rectify the problem at no cost. No transport, accommodation or service charges are applicable for this visit.
