Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 9500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 28500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 9500000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.
(2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in RCC Building construction works of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 57 Lakh
(3) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 57 Lakh in the last 5 (Five) years.
(4) The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e credit line(s) as per Form ePW2a of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 85 Lakh.
(5) The minimum Tender capacity shall be; Tk. 80 Lakh.
(6) The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :
(i) Trade License
(ii) TIN Certificate
(iii) VAT Registration Certificate
(iv) Up-to-date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
(7) Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
