Eligibility criteria:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5 years.
A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 10.5 Lac under single of contract over a period of 5 years under Government / Semi-Government / Corporation / Autonomous Organization shall be required.
The minimum amount of credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 13 Lac.
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 13.5 Lac over the last 3 years.
The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk. 14 Lac
Up to date Trade license
Up to date income tax clearance certificate, vat registration certificate to be submitted along with the tender.
