(1) NID & Renewed Trade license.
(2) Up-to-date VAT registration certificate and Income tax certificate.
(3) Authorization letter on the headpad of the tenderer.
(4) Tenderers who will have to submit 1.0 kilogram Sodium Chloride (NaCl) Sea Salt and 500 gm Sodium Bisulfite (NaHSO3) sample with sealed condition for pre-testing to the following address before the dead line of the tender submission:
